1. Scope of Service

Forms Chroma is a digital SaaS platform for creating, embedding, and syncing online forms. Users can build branded forms in a visual studio, publish them via hosted links or embed codes (React, Tailwind, HTML, iframe), and sync submissions to Google Sheets, webhooks, and third-party relays. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription Plans & Early Adopter Program

• Standard Pro Plans: Available on monthly (₹299 / $19) and annual (₹2,599 / $190) billing terms.
• Early Adopter Cohort: Approved early-access users receive an initial 60-Day Free Pro Trial. Following the trial period, early adopters unlock locked-in renewal pricing at ₹149/mo or ₹1,499/yr (Domestic INR) and $9/mo or $99/yr (International USD).
• Digital Delivery: Upgrades and trial activations are provisioned digitally and instantaneously upon account approval or successful payment authorization via Razorpay.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may not use the service to collect phishing material, harvest sensitive personal data without explicit consent, distribute spam, or bypass platform rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the form schemas, branding configurations, and submission data you collect. Forms Chroma retains all proprietary rights to the platform software, interface design, source code, and trademarks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forms Chroma’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data resulting from third-party outages.
